¹ The main reason why new developments often prove a good investment is because, when completed they frequently rise in value quite considerably. True that you might need to tolerate the construction around you for a few months. But, we have found the short wait can prove to be very worthwhile.

Equally, properties to reform can be provide an excellent ROI. We have bought, reformed and resold seven properties recently. Generally speaking, the ROI´s have been around 20-30% within 12-18 months. Naturally we can not promise the same, as market conditions may fluctuate, but the facts speak for themselves.
